Cadet 2nd Class Daven D. Horne was convicted April 4 by a court-martial panel of five officers and sentenced to one month confinement and forfeiture of all pay and allowances, the academy said in a Monday release.

It has not yet been decided whether Horne will be disenrolled from the academy, discharged from the military, and made to reimburse the Air Force for the cost of his education there, the release said.

The charge sheet in the case alleged that Horne used cocaine between roughly May 22 and June 4, 2018, in violation of Article 112a of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
