The state-owned enterprise Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies (UCRF) on August 17 announced an open tender to procure the service to introduce the mobile number portability (MNP) in Ukraine at the ProZorro e-procurement system.
“Tender documents for MNP have been downloaded to the ProZorro system. All potential bidders could study technical specifications and other requirements of the tender. We hope that this tender in the ProZorro system will be successful,” the press service of UCRF said, citing Head of the tender panel and CEO Vadym Hulko.
He said that the tender panel of UCRF has relaxed the tender as much as possible and reviewed the tender documents to minimize disputable issues.
According to the announcement, bids can be submitted until 9:00 p.m. on September 17. The tender will be held on October 23.
The deposit guarantee is Hr 1.2 million. The decrement is Hr 200,000.
