The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has said that any cargo shipping through the disengagement line in Donbas, starting from 13:00 on March 15, was terminated.
“Starting from 13:00, any cargo transportation through the disengagement line is not carried out,” Oleh Slobodian, the spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service, told Interfax-Ukraine.
