Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko intends to initiate adoption of a law by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on restoring the territorial integrity of the country.

“We will offer another law, which meets the national interests of Ukraine, a law on restoring the territorial integrity of the country,” Poroshenko said during a sitting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on March 15, according to the president’s press service.

Poroshenko categorically opposed legal recognition of parts of Donbas as occupied territory.
