UNIAN: Kremlin sees Minsk 2 as only document for Donbas settlement

Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov claims Minsk peace agreements dated February 2015, also known as Minsk 2, are considered to be the only document for the settlement of the Donbas crisis, according to an UNIAN correspondent in Russia.
